Owner, Under the Icing
Lee Ann Erlbaum is a baker, yoga instructor, wife and mother of three. Lee Ann’s passion for entertaining, people, and the simple joy in life is apparent in everything that she does. Hailing from a small town in Northeastern, PA, she began baking and cooking with her little Italian grandmother at a very young age. Throughout her childhood, she was often found in the kitchen making cookies, pies, cakes and fresh bread for family and friends. She began her career in sales and marketing at Lexis-Nexis corporation in Philadelphia and NYC. After 10 years at Lexis-Nexis, she decided to stay at home to raise her 3 young children. After a few years at home and out of the workforce, Lee Ann launched Under the Icing, a custom cake and dessert catering business. She has appeared on The Chef’s Kitchen and in Main Line Magazine. Lee Ann resides in Lafayette Hill, PA with her husband and 3 kids.
