Chef de Cuisine, Volvér by Chef Jose Garces
Natalie Maronski, Chef de Cuisine at Chef Jose Garces’ Volvér, is one of Philadelphia’s most exciting young chefs. She has worked closely with Chef Garces since 2006, beginning at his iconic first restaurant, Amada, and later as a sous chef at Rittenhouse Square’s gracious Basque tapas bar, Tinto. More recently, she served as chef de cuisine at Chifa, the boundary-pushing Latin-Asian restaurant where she offered some of the group’s most innovative and exciting menus to date. Chef Maronski is a graduate of Drexel University, where she earned her B.S. in Culinary Arts. Prior to joining Garces Group, she worked under renowned Chef Jean-Marie Lacroix. She resides in Philadelphia with her two dogs, Cornelius and Wilma.
