Introducing the COOK Questionnaire

At COOK we ask our visiting chefs to complete a questionnaire so that you and our guests can gain a little bit of insight into their world.  As luck would have it we have several questionnaires for you to enjoy on this rainy afternoon.

First up, is Georges Perrier.  Founder of Le Bec-Fin and it’s newly opened TRYST Le Bar.  Chef Perrier taught our inaugural class.  Click here to view his questionnaire:  Georges Perrier Questionnaire

Next is Michael Solomonov, whose class on Modern Israeli Cuisine blew our minds and profile in the New York Times broke out hearts.  We love you Michael! We can’t wait for Federal Donuts! Click here to view his questionnaire: Michael Solomonov Questionnaire.

John Doyle of John & Kira’s Chocolate visited us on September 12.  His class, which included Penns Woods Winery, and Shellbark Hollow Farm was heavenly.  Maybe chocolate, wine, and goat cheese is what we’ll have for dinner tonight!  Click here to view his questionnaire: John Doyle Questionnaire.

Bonnie Eisner led a class on Challah making as part of our Gershman Y series, which was timely because we desperately needed some hints before we began preparing for Rosh Hashanah.  Click here to view her questionnaire: Bonnie Eisner Questionnaire.

Fifth, is Michael Schulson who is known for his modern Asian restaurants: Izakaya in Atlantic City and Sampan in Philadelphia. Schulson’s class was a rip-roaring good time and there were a few surprise guests.  Click here to view his questionnaire: Michael Schulson Questionaire

Finally, Marisa McClellan of foodinjars.com taught a class on September 18th.  She gave us special hints on preserving the summer harvest and a delicious peach-plum ginger jam recipe. Click here to view her questionnaire:  Marisa McClellan Questionnaire

Thank you to all of our Chefs, we are grateful to have had you in our kitchen.  And to our readers remember to look for the COOK Questionnaire in future post class wrap-ups.
