Philadelphia native, Michael Pasquarello has been working in restaurants for 15 years. Michael opened Cafe Lift when he was 22 with his now wife, Jeniphur. Cafe Lift is celebrating their 10 year anniversary this year, and in the interim, the Pasquarello’s have opened Prohibition Taproom and now Bufad. Bufad is particularly special to Michael because this is the best opportunity to share the food of his Calabrian Grandmother, Clara- the inspiration for his passion for Italian cuisine.
