COOK’s Executive Chef, Lou Boquila, wears two toques as he is also the Chef de Cuisine at Audrey Claire. Born in the Philippines, Lou and his family moved to Philadelphia when he was 8 years old. After interning for Chef Kiong Banh at Twenty Manning Grill in his early 20s, Lou was promoted to Sous Chef under Chef Banh before moving across the street to lead the kitchen at Audrey Claire in 2007.
