Russian immigrant and local private chef, Olga Sorzano, will create a feast that combines time honored recipes from her homeland with the artistry that has made her one of the areas most sought after in-home chefs.

Chef Olga, a native of Siberia, began her culinary career in her mothers pantry at 7 attempting to make meringue… without a recipe. Her formal training did not begin until years later right here in Philadelphia attending The Restaurant School of Walnut Hill College then continuing in Italy, Thailand and Switzerland. After working at several local restaurants she decided to strike out on her own and become a private chef. In 2011 she started LOST Gourmet professional chef services specializing in Local Organic Sustainable and Traditional foods. Chef Olga placed second in the 2011 Chester county restaurant festival culinary cook-off. Chef Olga is fluent in English, Russian and Spanish.

Chef Olga was named Best Personal Chef 2013 by Main Line Today.
