This Friday, March 30th, COOK will be hosting Aurora Grace Chocolates for a special pop-up just in time for Easter Sunday! Aurora Grace Chocolates is an artisanal confectionery in Philadelphia that specializes in chocolates, macarons and pastries. Founder, owner and head chocolatier Aurora Wold will be at COOK this Friday from 11am – 4pm selling an assortment of goodies, perfect for your beloved’s Easter basket. Aurora Wold

After spending time at multiple Michelin Star restaurants in New York City, Aurora Wold decided to go off on her own. She brought all of the skills and knowledge she gained as a pastry chef at Eleven Madison Park, Jean Gorges, and The Musket Room to Philadelphia, where her artistic hand-painted chocolates give Willy Wonka a run for his money. We are excited to have her bring all of her wonderful Easter-themed creations to COOK. Additionally, we are pumped for her Ice Cream For Dinner class on April 5th at 6 pm at COOK! As of writing this, there are a few seats left, so hurry up and grab a seat for 4 courses of sweet sorbet and decadent ice cream!
