Take a Dip!

Here at CORK, we love our olive oil. Meet the latest addition to our thoughtfully curated selection of olive oils – Rubirosa Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Also new in the shop (and a perfect accompaniment to Rubirosa) is Los Poblanos Classic Dipping Herbs. Read all about them below and then stop by to pick up this delicious duo! We’re open daily from 11AM to 8PM, and if you prefer, you can reserve online for easy pick up.

RUBIROSA

Rubirosa hand-harvested Extra Virgin Olive Oil gets its characteristic bright green hue from the Biancolilla, Cerasuola, and Nocerl-lara varietals of Sicily. This unique, unfiltered olive oil is a collaboration between the eponymous iconic NYC restaurant and the legendary Asaro family who has been running a family farm in Southwestern Sicily for four generations. This rustic olive oil is intended for everyday kitchen use, but it’s versatile enough for finishing and dipping.

We’re delighted to add this gorgeous tin to our olive oil lineup – check out our pantry essentials section of the shop next time you visit!

LOS POBLANOS CLASSIC DIPPING HERBS

A kitchen workhorse, this is a blend of thyme, rosemary, basil, oregano and parsley, along with a kick from garlic and New Mexican red chile flakes. Simply add to olive oil with a pinch of salt for a delicious dip for your favorite bread or put it to use flavoring everything from vegetables to meat to hummus.

New Arrival: Bordiga Vermouth

Since 1888, Bordiga Vermouth has been using the original recipes (and the original recipe books!) developed by Pietro Bordiga in Torino. In addition to their use of Piedmontese wine, Bordiga is known for their signature house blend of botanicals, many handpicked in the nearby Alps, along with some from outside Italy, introduced via the spice trade. Hence, the camel gracing the Bordiga label! Read more about Bordiga’s Bianco, Extra Dry and Rosso vermouths below and then stop by to stock up for the weekend. We’re open daily from 11AM to 8PM, and if you prefer, you can reserve online for easy pick up.
