Made from a unique blend of California Black Mission and Calimyrna varieties, this syrup offers dark fruit and subtle spice flavors. FIG MANHATTAN

1/2 oz fig syrup
2 oz whiskey (CORK offers non-alcoholic whiskeys!)
1/2 oz sweet vermouth (CORK offers vermouth with and without alcohol!)
2 dashes aromatic bitters

Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a cocktail cherry.

BAY OF FIGS

3/4 oz fig syrup
2 oz aged rum (CORK carries Ritual Zero-Proof Rum!)
1/2 oz lime juice
2 dashes aromatic bitters
3 oz club soda

Stir all in a highball filled with ice. Garnish with a lime wedge or wheel.
