From across the pond, Pentire is a line of botanical non-alcoholic spirits made from distilled plants native to North Cornwall. A longtime fave here at CORK, Pentire Adrift is a fresh and herbaceous gin alternative. We’re delighted to welcome three additional Pentire products – two ready to drink offerings, as well as a limited edition aperitif. Check them out below and then stop by to stock up for the weekend. We’re open daily from 11AM to 8PM, and if you prefer, you can reserve online for easy pick up.

PENTIRE ADRIFT & TONIC
Curious about Adrift? Try it out in a pre-mixed canned cocktail! Adrift’s signature plant blend (sea rosemary, rock samphire, sea purslane, sea beet, ice lettuce, sage) combined with lemon juice and Pentire’s own house tonic water. Enjoy it chilled over ice or straight from the can!

PENTIRE MARGARITA
A healthy riff on the classic Margarita, Pentire’s coastal botanicals are blended with lime, agave, sea salt and a dash of Mexican chili to create a fresh and zingy cocktail that’s entirely ready to drink. Serve over ice with a lime wedge, and if you prefer a spicy marg, add a slice of chili.

PENTIRE COASTAL SPRITZ
Pentire’s signature coastal botanicals, blended with blood orange, sea rosemary and oakwood to create the perfect balance of bitter flavors and refreshing coastal tones. Combine it with tonic or soda water and garnish with an orange wedge and/or a bay leaf.
