Welcome to Short Order COOK, our weekly check-in with chefs around town. Every Wednesday we’re chatting with your favorite Philly chefs to find out what they’re eating, watching, cooking and what’s in their fridge!
Right down the street from COOK is one the best sweets shops in the city, Lil’ Pop Shop. Owner Jeanne Chang recently filled us in on her favorite cookbooks, what podcasts she listens to and how to keep ordering those incredible popsicles.
