With seven store locations throughout France, La Chambre aux Confitures (which translates to Jam chamber) is a haven for high-end preserves and jams. La Chambre’s Artichoke Dip showcases artichokes picked at the height of its ripeness. No spinach, no mayo, just artichokes blended with oils and garlic.

Arnaud Soubeyran Calissons de Provence Marzipan
Since 1837, Arnaud Soubeyran has been producing confections the traditional way – copper pans, bain-maries and age-old recipes. Their calissons are made with a mixture of candied fruits (melon, clementine and orange), crushed almonds and a handful of bitter almonds to give character. They’re finely glazed and then cooked in a boiling water bath in copper cauldrons.

Confiserie Florian Pâtes de Fruits
Founded in 1949 in the south of France, Confiserie Florian is beloved for their artisanal chocolates, candied fruit, jams and more. Try their pâtes de fruits collection featuring apricot, plum, raspberry and blackberry!
