Cheers to Dry January!

For many, January is a time to push the reset button. Some start with a clean fridge, some with a well-intentioned diet, while others abstain from alcohol – the booze-free cleanse we call ‘Dry January.’ Whether you’re going this route for 31 or 365 days, we have plenty of options for you to enjoy! Below are some recent additions, but there’s a ton more waiting for you at CORK. Shop in-store daily from 11am to 8pm or reserve online for convenient pick up.

ROCK GRACE
Resembling a dry rosé, Rock Grace is a vibrant non-alcoholic wine alternative with a delicate, floral nose and hints of fresh raspberry.

FIGLIA
Figlia is a beautifully balanced aperitif with notes of ginger, berry and citrus. It’s slightly less bitter than other aperitifs and drinks great neat or spritzed with soda.

BROOKLYN BREWED SORREL
Honoring a Caribbean tradition, Brooklyn Brewed Sorrel is a premium and complex brewed and aged beverage made with sorrel flowers (aka hibiscus), ginger, spices and sweetened with cane sugar. Smooth, sweet and spicy, it can be enjoyed on its own or as a mixer.

Bax Botanicals Verbena
With notes of lemon verbena, citrus, bright menthol, anise and subtle florals, Bax Botanicals Verbena makes a perfect lunchtime drink or early evening sipper. Try it with tonic and a cucumber curl or as a mojito!

GinISH
GinISH honors the classic taste of gin, bursting with juniper berries and citrus. ISH uses natural botanicals, coriander seeds and a special distillate from chili seed shells to give each sip a satisfying bite. In addition to the gin alternative, CORK also carries two canned options from ISH – GinISH and Tonic and SpritzISH, a zero proof version of the Aperol Spritz.

Curious Elixirs No. 6
A limited edition release from Curious Elixirs, this one’s a a booze-free tropical tipple that infuses cream of coconut, pineapple, citrus, oat milk and chicory root with lemon balm and nutmeg to help you unwind.

Ghia Le Spritz Ginger
Ghia’s signature bitter aperitivo, spritzed with spicy ginger beer. Ingredients include Riesling white grape juice, yuzu juice, lemon balm, gentian root, fig, acacia, orange, rosemary, ginger, and fruit and vegetable juice for color.
