WILFRED’S APERITIF
A carefully crafted blend of rosemary, bittersweet orange, rhubarb, and clove, Wilfred’s Aperitif is not only free from alcohol but also free of allergens, artificial flavoring and sweeteners. Combined with tonic over ice, it’s sunshine in a glass!

PROTEAU
Proteau’s line of non-alcoholic drinks includes Rivington Spritz and Ludlow Red. Rivington Spritz is our delicately fizzy blend of strawberry and hibiscus, along with Chinese rhubarb, gentian and Champagne vinegar. Ludlow Red presents notes of black pepper, blackberry and roasted dandelion root, balanced with licorice, chrysanthemum and fig vinegar.

DRINK MONDAY
Crafted with care from natural ingredients in a Southern California distillery, Monday’s non-alcoholic spirits allow you to enjoy a proper adult beverage without any alcohol. Monday Gin is a complex aromatic blend of juniper, natural botanicals, citrus, and spices that satisfies like a classic London dry gin. Monday Whiskey is matured in new white oak, lending rich butterscotch, raisin, and burnt brown sugar to the nose. The palate is layered with roasted coffee, rich caramel, warm molasses and a hint of orange.

FAUXMOSA
A bubbly, alcohol-free mimosa that playfully blends California grapes, real fruit juice and 100% all-natural botanicals. Each FAUXMOSA has a light sweetness that comes naturally with no added sugar, artificial sweeteners or preservatives. Just pop, pour, sip and savor. Choose from four varieties, each available as a 4-pack: Cranberry with Hibiscus and Ginger; Orange with Turmeric; Grapefruit with Raspberry and Holy Basil; and Pineapple with Lemon and Mint.
