NEW ROSÉS

First up: La Bulle du Facteur Rosé, a pét-nat rosé from the Loire Valley made from Gamay. It’s dry, bright and fresh with a creamy texture and pops of strawberry, as well as a pleasant minerality.

From Germany, Borell Diehl Saint Laurent Rosé Trocken is a light, fresh, medium-pale rosé from the dark-skinned, dark-juiced Saint Laurent grape, sustainably dry-farmed with no herbicides, no pesticides. Bonus: it’s a liter!

STEL+MAR California Rosé is a beautifully dry rosé from Napa with peach and apricot aromas, hints of strawberry on the palate with refreshing acidity and herbal undertones. A side note – we’re in love with the label art!

SANS WINE CO.

Sans Wine Co. sources organically grown grapes from old vine vineyards in Lake, Mendocino and Napa Counties. Their certified vegan wines are made naturally – no added sulfites and no residual (or added) sugar. They’re the first producer of single vineyard, variety and vintage specific wines packaged in cans!

Their Sauvignon Blanc is tropical with notes of ripe pineapple, guava, stone fruit and pear with a slight honeyed finish. A chillable red option is Sans Wine Co.’s Carbonic Carignan, a medium-bodied, fruit-forward wine with aromas of spiced plum, ripe blackberries, violet and rhubarb. On the palate, enjoy juicy raspberries, cranberries and blueberries with a hint of cinnamon. Finally, Sans’ Zinfandel presents flavors and aromas of licorice, leather, baking spice and macerated dark berries.
