CIDER
Lots of delicious options here! Five selections from local Ploughman Cider, including a pet-nat, barrel aged, rosé and two canned 4-packs. Plus, two French ciders, Dressler Estate sparkling cider and Basque style canned cider from Son of Man.

MEAD
Enlightenment Wines “Night Eyes” Pét-Nat Sparkling Mead is made from New York State honey, cherries, and apples, which are fermented together for six months before being infused with handpicked sumac and rose hips. Bone dry with lively effervescence.

VERMOUTH
Best known for their spectacular ciders, The Plenum is Ploughman’s vermouth, combining an apple eau de vie and tart cherry juice, alongside bold, bitter herbs. The “fullness” of flavor and aroma, as the name implies, can be enjoyed straight like you would an amaro, or layered into classic cocktails, such a Negroni or Rob Roy. Alma de Trabanco Quinquina en Rama is from Trabanco, the most iconic natural cider house in Asturias, Spain. Alma was born from memories of founder Emilio Trabanco, who would add a little cider to his vermouth, thus balancing the sweetness of vermouth with the refreshing acidity of his cider. Great in cocktails or on its own.

CORDIAL
James Beard Award-winning chef Andy Ricker created Som, a line of non-alcoholic cordials to enhance his highly acclaimed bar program. A fan favorite, the classic Som Apple Cordial is best enjoyed simply as a Som & Soda.
