WHITE WINE
Liotro Inzolia (Sicily, Italy)
Made from 100% Inzolia grapes, Liotro is light green in color with a typical bouquet of delicate floral notes and tropical fruit. The fresh taste and refreshing acidity makes it an excellent companion for fish and seafood dishes.
Pulpe Fiction Muscadet Sèvre et Maine Sur Lie (Loire, France)
A perfect natural wine for beginners, this light to medium bodied wine is perfect for oysters! With notes of orchard fruit and green apple, it’s crisp and clean with balanced acidity.
Evesham Wood Blanc du Puits Sec (Eola-Amity Hills, Oregon)
An unoaked blend of 85% Pinot Gris and 15% Gewurztraminer that pairs well with lean poultry and spicy Asian dishes. You are greeted by rose petal and lime on the nose, and on the palate you get more lime with lime zest coming in and hints of spice on the finish.
White Queen Chardonnay (Sonoma County, California)
Vegan and natural with 90% aged in stainless steel and 10% in oak, White Queen is a medium-bodied, bright Chardonnay with hints of meyer lemon, white flowers, baking spice and vanilla. Best served with white pizza, salad, lobster and chicken.
ORANGE & ROSÉ WINE
François Ducrot Auguste 2020 (Languedoc, France)
An orange (aka skin contact) wine made from Grenache Gris and Grenache Blanc with floral, peach skin and stone fruit aromas, all of which repeat on the palate. The fresh and fruity profile of the wine is preserved via aging in steel tanks.
Garalis Retsina Rosé (Aegean Islands, Greece)
Made from organic Limnio and Muscat of Alexandria grapes grown in volcanic soil, this is a hazy orange and rose colored retsina with delicate and well-balanced pine resin, fantastic minerality, acidity and gentle tannins. There’s sage and orange on the nose, thyme and Turkish delight on a layered and spicy palate.
Schlossmühlenhof Blanc de Noirs “Boden Funk” (Rheinhessen, Germany)
Natural and organic, “Boden Funk” is made from Spätburgunder, Germany’s answer to Pinot Noir. Bottled unfilted which creates texture and a cloudy appearance. The palate is refreshingly crisp with notes of orange blossom, grapefruit and a mineral-driven finish. Serve this one with chili-lime shrimp tacos!
RED WINE
Halkia Winery Agiorgitiko Reddish (Nemea, Greece)
Another natural and organic option, this is a light-bodied and juicy chillable red with a velvety character. On the nose you get freshly cut strawberries and forest fruit.
Companon Arrieta “Herrigoia” Rioja (Rioja, Spain)
An atypical expression of Rioja, “Herrigoia” is meant to be enjoyed young and chilled. Juicy, medium-bodied with blue fruit, cranberry and red currant, it’s great with summer barbecue items and grilled burgers, but, surprise, also fantastic with chocolate desserts!
