Sfera Rosato
Sfera is a collaboration with organic growers found all over Italy from the Alps to the Mediterranean. Made from Montepulciano from Abruzzo, this vibrant cherry red rosato is refreshing and bright, with notes of pomegranate and cranberry. A liter-sized easy drinking, glou-glou style wine, it’s best paired with charcuterie, antipasto and grilled fish.

Bricco Carlina Langhe Bianco “Serafina”
Named after the previous owner of the winery’s land, “Serafina” is made with certified organic Favorita, the historical varietal of Langhe. Light straw-yellow in color with with white flower scents, accompanied by fresh citrus fruits notes, with hints of pear and lime. Delicate and refreshing, enjoy it with tomato salads, goat cheese and pesto pasta.

Paitin Roero Arneis Vigna Elisa
Arneis is a native varietal in Piedmont that thrives in sandy soil and steep slopes. Produced by the Pasquero-Elia, whose winemaking legacy dates back to the 18th century. Rich, aromatic and textured, citrus and honeysuckle notes combine with a mineral-like salinity. Try it with seafood, creamy pastas and herb chicken dishes.

Walter Massa ‘FUSO’ Barbera Piemonte
FUSO is a collection of affordable natural wines highlighting Italy’s twenty regions. The portfolio is intended to showcase everyday wines that the locals enjoy. The FUSO Barbera is a juicy and fresh medium-bodied wine with notes of plum, blackberry, lavender and dried leaves, complemented by a nice refreshing acidity. When pairing, think Piedmont – mushrooms and truffles, leafy greens, beef tartare.

Prima Piuma Monferrato Nebbiolo
Another Piedmont selection, this organically grown Nebbiolo is a fresher, livelier take on the grape that we typically associate with big, bold Barolo. You’ll get violets and cranberries on the nose with cranberries continuing on the palate, as well as strawberries and a light earthiness. Give it a slight chill and enjoy it with cured meats and mushroom pasta.
