Azienda Agricola Giol – Il Fortunato – Spumante Rosato (Veneto)
Made from 100% Merlot, a clean, crisp, and lively bubbly that’s certified organic and vegan!

Claudio Quarta Antica Masseria del Sigillo Primitivo di Manduria (Puglia)
Intensely red in color with aromas of ripe blackberry, mulberry, and cherry, which intermingle with delicate hints of spicy, velvety tannins.

Caruso e Minini Perricone Naturalmente Bio (Sicily)
Rich in red fruit, mixed with a note of licorice typical of Perricone, this wine has great harmony and lively freshness. Versatile in pairing – pesto, charcuterie, swordfish, tuna and, yes, even cherry pie.

Sardel Kitchen Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar
Sardel’s 100% organic extra virgin olive oil is produced in Puglia, using local Coratina olives. There’s a unique balance of spice, fruitiness, and bitterness, which will enhance and accent the flavors of whatever it is you’re cooking.

Unlike other balsamic vinegars, Sardel’s is made without the use of preservatives or additives, resulting in an organic, high-quality balsamic vinegar straight from Modena, the city in Italy that has been producing balsamic vinegar for nearly 1,000 years.

La Favorita Salted Capers
Salted capers have a fresher taste than brined and also hold their shape and texture. For most recipes, rinse capers to remove excess salt, then add to sauces, salads, and dips, or use as a garnish for tartare and seafood dishes.
