The 10th anniversary Audi FEASTIVAL is less than a month away, which means now is as good a time as any to grab your tickets! As we’ve mentioned before, you can save 25% on tickets using discount code COOK19. That’s right, 25%!
Co-hosted by Nick Elmi, Stephen Starr, Michael Solomonov and Audrey Claire Taichman, FEASTIVAL is a celebration of Philadelphia’s culinary and performing arts scenes. Philadelphia’s top bars and restaurants gather for a one-night-only, all-out bash that benefits FringeArts. Given that this is the 10th annual FEASTIVAL, it’s sure to be the biggest year yet. We’re here to give you a sneak peek at what’s in store for you on September 26th…
THE VENUE
For years, FEASTIVAL was held at Pier 9, and while it was a great venue, it needed some love. Pier 9 has been renovated and re-branded as Cherry Street Pier – a year-round, mixed-use public space on the Delaware River waterfront. The space includes artists’ studios, a public gallery, a farmer’s market and a beautiful outdoor garden area with food and beverage vendors, as well as stunning views of the river and Benjamin Franklin Bridge. FEASTIVAL is proud to return to the Pier, and if you haven’t been there in a while, you’re in for quite a surprise – what a difference a decade makes!
THE ENTERTAINMENT
FEASTIVAL will literally be a circus. Internationally renowned choreographer Olaf Triebel and Philly-based circus arts school Circadium will present an aerial performance throughout the Pier all night long.
THE BARS
What’s better than a signature cocktail? Eight signature cocktails! Under a larger-than-life ice sculpture, the main bar will feature unique cocktail creations from ITV, Lalo, Panorama, Rouge, Siembra Spirits, Twenty Manning Grill, Twisted Tail and Vintage Wine Bar. Plus, the outdoor garden area will include a full-service bar furnished by Diageo, one of the world’s largest producers of spirits and beers, as well as a Maker’s Mark lounge.
THE RESTAURANTS
Last, but DEFINITELY not least, is what’s for dinner. With over 60 participating restaurants, there is something for everyone. It may be impossible to try every dish, but hey, we love a challenge. To get your appetite going, here’s a small list of highlight dishes that await you:
