WINES

L. Aubrey Fils Rosé Brut
A Champagne blend of Meunier, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Bright and floral on the nose with flavors of apple,
cherry and white peach. Slightly minerally on the finish.

Pas de Probleme Sauvignon Blanc
From Languedoc-Roussillon, a crowd-pleasing French Sauvignon Blanc with grassy-apple notes, along with light citrus.

Holm Oak Pinot Gris
From “down under” in Tasmania, Australia, a lush, flavorful Pinot Gris with pear and jasmine notes. As a result of wild barrel fermentation, there’s complex layering, balanced by a bright, natural acidity.

Boedecker Cellars Pinot Noir
An elegant, silky Pinot Noir out of Willamette Valley that presents juicy cherries and raspberries.

Companon Arrieta “Herrigoia” Rioja
An atypical expression of a Rioja meant to be enjoyed chilled! Juicy, spicy and medium-bodied, bursting with blue fruit, cranberry, and red currant, as well as spiciness.

El Porvenir Amauta Absoluto Tannat
A fruit-driven Tannat from northern Argentina. Extremely soft and smooth with juicy berry flavor and savory herbal notes, this is a highly gulpable wine with beautiful acid.

CIDER

Ploughman Pinot N’Arlet
A local fave! Though apples are their first love, when a neighbor offered Ploughman a batch of Pennsylvania-grown Pinot Noir grapes, they couldn’t say no. This wild yeast fermented cider combines the elegance of these grapes with the ruddy, rustic sweetness of macoun and arlet (hence the name) apples.

NON-ALCOHOLIC OPTIONS

Surely Alcohol-Removed Sparkling Rosé
Unlike other non-alcoholic brands that sell grape juice in a wine bottle, Surely works with only the best Sonoma winemakers to make real rosé. It’s run through a patented process to remove the alcohol from the top-tier wine. Crisp and refreshing with aromas of guava, strawberry, kiwi, and a hint of melon.

Proxies
An alternative for white wine, farmhouse cider, and herbal aperitifs, Proxies Sauvage meshes crisp apples with green spruce tips and spicy cedar. Proxies Nightshade is a Tuescan-inspired red wine alternative, combining the savory depth of nightshades like paprika and sundried tomatoes with olive leaf and earthy rooibos tea.
