Crafted of all-natural botanicals, Ritual Whiskey, Gin and Tequila Alternatives deliver the flavor, aroma and burn of classic spirits — but without the alcohol or calories. SEEDLIP DISTILLED NON-ALCOHOLIC SPIRITS
Seedlip is a line of distilled non-alcoholic spirits. Made from herbs and botanicals in neutral grain spirit, Seedlip products go through a copper pot distillation, followed by a removal of all alcohol prior to bottling. Seedlip Grove 42 is a sophisticated, bright, citrus blend of Mediterranean orange, lemon peel, lemongrass and ginger with a dry finish. Seedlip Spice 94 is a warm, aromatic blend of allspice and cardamom with fresh citrus top notes to balance the long bitter finish. Seedlip Garden 108 is a fresh, herbal blend of peas and traditional garden herbs including rosemary, thyme and spearmint.

Wisconsin-Based Top Note Tonic began as a local fave, selling their artisanal cocktail mixers at local farmers markets. Top Note Bitter Lemon is a quenching lemon tonic to enjoy on its own or with vodka or gin. Enjoy it as a unique Vodka & Tonic or Gin & Tonic mixer, or try it with celery juice and lemon peel as a non-alcoholic mocktail. Also great in a Pimm’s Cup! Inspired by Italian aperitivo, Top Note Gentiana is delicious on its own or used as a substitute for Italian bitter liqueurs in mixed cocktails. Both Top Note Tonics may be combined with the Seedlip and Ritual zero proof spirits for an easy mocktail!
SOM CORDIALS
James Beard Award-winning chef Andy Ricker of Portland, Oregon’s Pok Pok created Som to enhance his highly acclaimed bar program, believing bold and complex flavors should be experienced through both food and drink. Som celebrates the intersection of discerning craft cocktail enthusiasts and alcohol free beverages. While Som Cordials may be enjoyed in mixed cocktails, try them first as simple Som & Sodas: one part Som to four parts soda water. CORK carries three of Som’s signature flavors – Thai Basil, Apple and Pineapple with Szechuan Pepper.
FOR BITTER FOR WORSE
Smoky No.56 is a soulful sipper with smoky maple and citrus notes. Serve over a large ice cube with an orange peel, or as a base for mixed cocktails. Think of Saskatoon as red wine’s mysterious friend with flavors of tart berry, black pepper, Douglas fir tannins. Enjoy it lightly chilled in a red wine glass with food (especially charcuterie!) or on the rocks Negroni-style with an orange peel and a bit of sweetener.
