Martin Amada of Easy Thai Chef made his debut in our kitchen this week to COOK up some Thai food that was as beautiful as it was delicious! Take a look at what he had for us.
We started off the evening with Martin’s fried spring rolls –a must-have for a Thai cooking class!
Chef Amada takes his green curry pretty seriously, which is why he gave us a demonstration on how to make it at home and even brought a few volunteers up to get in on the action. The end result was our second course – a delicious bowl of green chicken curry.
Next up, Chef Amada prepared a spicy Tom Yum Soup with mushrooms, plum tomato and shrimp.
Last, but certainly not least, guests finished out the evening with Martin’s glass noodle salad with prawns and it’s safe to say there was not a single empty stomach in the house!
