Au revoir, July. Bonjour, August. Or should we say ‘bonjour, Audi FEASTIVAL Month.’ Either way you say it, we’re particularly excited about the upcoming month of classes. Not just because the classes themselves are sure to be spectacular, but because each class brings us one meal closer to the main event: the 2013 Audi FEASTIVAL. If you’ve been living under a rock for the past three years, let us bring you up to speed. Co-hosted by Stephen Starr, Michael Solomonov and Audrey Claire Taichman, FEASTIVAL (now in it’s fourth year) brings together 85+ of Philadelphia’s top chefs for one night to benefit FringeArts. Described as a “completely delicious and amazing” evening and named “one of the best events in the last decade,” FEASTIVAL celebrates both our artistic and culinary scenes – two great economic engines that push Philadelphia forward.
Audi FEASTIVAL Co-Host Audrey Claire Taichman (and COOK owner) is pleased to offer an entire month of classes led by select participating chefs. Think of each class as a pre-party event to get you in the FEASTIVAL spirit. And while August is only 36 hours away, we still have open seats to a number of upcoming classes:
- Sun 8/4, 6pm: Fresh From The Farm with Andrew Wood of Russet
- Thurs 8/8, 7pm: Foobooz and Philadelphia Magazine Present: Restaurant Sneak Peek with Hiroyuki “Zama” Tanaka of Zama
