Château Coupe-Roses Champ du Roy Minervois Blanc
An organic, unoaked blend of Grenache Blanc and Muscat Blanc with complex aromas of anise, orange blossom and peach. The palate is medium-bodied with citrus notes and a zest and a flinty, mineral finish. Fresh and floral, enjoy it with grilled vegetables, oily fish like tuna and mackerel, as well as ceviche, crab cakes and pork chops.
Château Sainte Eulalie Plaisir d’Eulalie Minervois
A full-bodied blend of Carignan, Grenache and Syrah that’s deep purple in color. Bursting with dark berries and plum, it’s round and smooth without any oak influence. Pair it with Mediterranean fare – lasagne, charcuterie boards, ratatouille, eggplant parmesan, olive tapenade (which highlights the wine’s savory, olive-like finish).
