Viura can tend to be somewhat, well, boring, but the naturally low yields here preserve and bring out lively citrus and pear fruit flavors on a balanced backbone of acidity.

These chips have always been a popular snack in Spain, but since their cameo appearance in the Korean film Parasite, their fame is now global.
