Borell-Diehl Saint Laurent Rosé Trocken
Offering aromas of ripe raspberry and melon, this is a liter of light, fresh and juicy rosé from the dark-skinned, dark-juiced Saint Laurent grape, thought to be a cross of Pinot Noir and Savagnin. Sustainably dry-farmed with no herbicides, no pesticides. Certified vegan by the European Vegetarian Union.
Borell-Diehl Müller-Thurgau Trocken
Another vegan-friendly selection from Borell-Diehl, this Müller-Thurgau is a light, refreshing bottle for picnics and patios. Dry, fresh, crisp and limey, it’s so easy to drink that you’ll understand why it’s in a liter bottle.
Weingut Heid Steinmergel Riesling-Sauvignon Blanc
A certified organic wine with a nose of green and yellow apples, lemon, hints of grapefruit and white flowers. Fruity and floral notes continue on the palate, complemented by a round acid for a refreshing finish. Pairs splendidly with shellfish, smoked fish, summer salads and grilled vegetables.
Weingut Heid Rotwein Cuvée Melchior Trocken
A certified organic blend of Portugieser, Dornfelder and Lemberger with aromas of wild strawberries, cherries, blackberries, gentle herbs, spice and minerals. Zippy acidity and smooth tannins meet the red fruit with a touch of minerality. Enjoy it slightly chilled with duck, roast chicken, cheese and grilled vegetables.
