For toddy mixers, two options here. Oliver Pluff & Co. Lemon Ginger Hot Toddy Kit is a spice blend of cinnamon sticks, lemongrass, ginger and lemon peel. Muslin tea bags are included! Just steep in hot water for five minutes, remove the bag, then add whiskey (or rum or brandy!) and lemon. Wood Stove Kitchen’s Spiced Apple Toddy is a fragrant syrup to be combined simply with hot water or tea for a zero proof toddy, but you can certainly add whiskey for the full monty toddy.
