“I received a COOK gift certificate. Now what?”

Around this time of year, when so many of you receive a holiday gift certificate, there is one question we hear more than any other: “How do I get into a class?” The question is often followed by, “It seems like you’re always sold out!” While there are often SOME seats available to select classes, getting into the class of your (first) choice does indeed require some planning. So with February’s schedule coming out this Thursday at 2pm, we’d like to take the opportunity to offer some class registration tips. Before we begin, keep in mind that gift certificates never expire, so if you don’t see anything in February that strikes your fancy, no worries–hold out for the next month!

Philly Craft Spirits Week Is Coming To COOK!

Prepare to get boozy because the First Annual Philly Craft Spirits Week is just around the corner. The week-long festival celebrates the work of our wonderful local bars and distilleries. Things will be kicking off at 4 p.m. on Thursday, October 27th with the Whiskey Fest and Fine Spirits Festival with 12 featured distillers, a variety of cocktail bars, cocktail challenges, and virtual reality tours- what?! We gotta check this out! Don’t think you’ll be able to make it out to Whiskey Fest? Do not fear for the festivities will be running through November 4th.

2016 Audi FEASTIVAL In Pictures

We came, we saw, we FEASTIVAL-ed. Rain didn’t stop the 2016 Audi FEASTIVAL where 74 of the city’s top bars and restaurants gathered for the party of the year. On behalf of COOK owner Audrey Claire Taichman, we thank each and every one of this year’s sponsors, bars, restaurants, volunteers and attendees for their generous support for FringeArts, who celebrated their 20th Annual Fringe Fest this year.
